We would love you to join us for a mid summer celebration, to meet old friends and new, and to celebrate the work of the graduates of our new 12 week course, Storytelling Beyond Words.
There will be singing, games, presentations, storytelling and plenty of time to network and catch up with old friends.
We will gather around the fire on the evening of Friday 16th June for a Ceilidh, sharing stories, music, poems and song and there may even be some dancing!
Saturday 17th will start with a Whacky wakeup led by Roi and then throughout the day we will hear the stories and project presentations of the 2017 SBW graduates.
Shonaleigh will join us on the evening of Saturday 17th to tell tales from the Druts’yla tradition. An unbroken oral tradition passed down through generations of Jewish women.
Sunday 18th will start late morning with singing to be followed by a networking event and you will have the opportunity to set up a small exhibition to share your storytelling journey since graduation.
After lunch we will finish with a World café to share experiences and discuss the challenges and opportunities for storytellers.
Saturday presentations by students will be open to the public but the weekend event is open only to graduates and tutors of our 3 month courses including the Heart and Craft of Storytelling and the Now of Storytelling.
Weekend tickets will be limited to a maximum of 40 people and we expect to be over subscribed so if you would like to come, don’t delay booking.
